Google hit with Record Fine for Android Antitrust Violations by EU Court
Big Tech faces another major setback as judges confirm anti-competitive practices on mobile devices
On July 2, 2026, Europe's highest court upheld a €4.1 billion ($4.67 billion) fine against Google. The ruling ends years of appeals over how Google handled its Android operating system.
