1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the jeff.pro website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by 2851778 Ontario Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event a court in the United States determines that United States jurisdiction applies to a matter arising under these Terms, venue shall be fixed exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
